As a three-time Olympic medalist (two of them gold), I know how to perform under pressure. I spent years training and competing at the highest level in rowing, and along the way, I learned some powerful lessons about leadership, teamwork, resilience, compassion and belonging.
Now, I share those insights as a keynote speaker, helping teams and leaders unlock their full potential. Beyond my athletic career, I’m also a lawyer: I am the founder of Podium Law, where I work with startups and private equity firms. That means I understand both the competitive drive of elite sports and the realities of business leadership.
